  Welcome to the Fit Club Diss Website.

Fit Club was born in December 2002 with an aim to provide a top quality training facility that could cater for the needs of any keen gym goer, whether they were experienced trainers or absolute beginners. No matter if your goals were from body building to general conditioning, sports specific to body fat loss, they could all be achieved in a friendly environment that offered a diverse range of training equipment.

We believe in a low tech, high spec approach to training and feel everyone should get the help they need from minute one in terms of training support and constant programming so training goals can be continually made and achieved with the help of our staff. Constant programming is the key to success throughout the year so as you improve at particular programmes we look too keep challenging you with new exercises and techniques to keep your progress levels high, at no extra charge. We will help you as much as you want to be helped, even down to nutritional advice to improve progress.

We have placed a lot of emphasis on training movement rather than just training muscles because everyday life revolves around movement, so why not improve general movement whether it be for sport or just everyday tasks. This will also decrease your chances of injury if you are moving with greater strength and cohesion.
